xbjai Terms & Conditions — Rules, Rights, and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

Welcome to xbjai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbjai ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xbjai website located at https://xbjai.io and all associated services, products, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account with xbjai at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your xbjai account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

xbjai operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• National ID card, passport, or driving licence (proof of identity)
• Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months (proof of address)

xbjai will process withdrawal requests only after satisfactory KYC verification has been completed. Funds may be held pending verification for a period not exceeding 10 business days.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for withdrawals are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. xbjai reserves the right to impose transaction limits based on account verification status, account history, and risk assessments.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed and credited to your xbjai account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. xbjai accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, mobile network disruptions, or bank processing times outside of xbjai's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. xbjai targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts. 4.5 Currency

All transactions on xbjai are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). xbjai does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any other currency without explicit prior arrangement.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

xbjai maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. Any transaction suspected of being related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonus offers and promotions provided by xbjai are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and validity periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 One Bonus Per Account

5.5 Promotional Modifications

xbjai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are being actively wagered by players in good standing.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Void Bets

xbjai reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or human error, where the bet outcome is determined by a cancelled, abandoned, or forfeited event, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or any suspicious betting pattern associated with the event in question.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

xbjai applies maximum single-transaction and daily winnings limits, details of which are available within the platform's help centre. Winnings exceeding these limits may be subject to payment in instalments at xbjai's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbjai platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading identity information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or influence wagers
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live casino formats
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or drug trafficking
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt wagering activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the xbjai platform's software, design, or intellectual property
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbjai customer support staff or other platform users

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xbjai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, or as required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xbjai reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including deposits and winnings. Where a closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, xbjai will return the verified net account balance to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the xbjai platform — including but not limited to its logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbjai or its licensed content partners. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of xbjai.

10 Limitation of Liability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical incidents, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond xbjai's reasonable control (including acts of God, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures). xbjai accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

xbjai's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

xbjai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. xbjai does not sell personal data to third parties and uses industry-standard encryption to protect all personally identifiable information stored on its systems.
